Submission Form (Music Business)

Please follow the directions below to submit your supplemental audition materials for the Music Business program at ACM@UCO.

  2. Submit your supplemental materials by attaching your files at the bottom of the form below.

Your supplemental materials must contain the following:

Address the following prompts using your choice between a recorded video (3 minutes or less) or a written response (250 words or less):

1.  Describe your personal history with music and what it means to you.
    2.  Identify a current issue facing music consumers and explain your creative approach to solving it.
    3.  Why do you want to be a part of the Music Business Program at the ACM@UCO?

We will continue to accept auditions and admit students past the deadline and up to the start of the semester, but we cannot guarantee there will be seats available in all of your classes.
